Throughout the month of February, I started the Self Love challenge. I’ve pampered and treated myself, I explored various journaling techniques, and I tried meditation. I’ve really enjoyed learning about self love and how to practice it. My challenge has given me awareness, mindfulness and acceptance. Now, the “Aha” moment, where a beam of light shines from the heavens and fixes everything never happened, but Self Love isn’t a quick fix. It’s going to be an ongoing journey throughout my life.
